It finally feels like summer has arrived in Montana when the annual Blues, Brews and Barbecue event takes over downtown Philipsburg.

Local barbecue enthusiasts show off their grill skills and trade tips as the aroma of barbecue ribs, pulled pork and tri tip fill the air - and you can expect that some of this beef and pork comes from our surrounding ranches. This is perfectly paired with award-winning beers from micro breweries across the state as live blues music sets the mood. Come on down for this Philipsburg Ice Association fundraiser to sample the best of Granite County on a plate, sip beers and ciders from more than 15 Montana breweries as you stroll down Broadway Street, then dance the afternoon away with friends and family.

This year’s Blues, Brews and Barbecue fundraiser will be on June 15, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Brewfest admission is $30 and includes an event glass and beer. The barbecue competition judging will be held at 5 p.m. - and then the eating begins! Adults are $25 a plate and kids under 12 are $10 a plate. Do you have a winning secret sauce?
