Blues, Brews, and Barbeque

Calling all Backyard BBQ'ers who have something to show off and share! All kinds of meats cooked in a variety of ways, with cold beer, great salads. Music will start and beer will pour at Noon with The River City Players to be followed by The Sweet Lillies who finish up at 6pm. The public feed starts at 5 pm! $20 for adults $7 for kids 12 and under. Please come and spend the day with us and support our community fundraiser. Make sure to put this day on your calendar! Writer's Roundtable

Quigley Cottage, Granite Co Museum and Philipsburg Public Library are sponsoring a Writers roundtable Saturday, July 8, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Museum. We have 10 Montana authors who will discuss their writing accomplishments, take questions, have discussions with the audience, and then have a chance to sign and sell their books. Refreshments( lemonade and cookies) will be provided. Kara will have a wine tasting table with crackers and cheese for wine connoisseurs. Children are welcome. The event is free. Handouts and prizes will be given. Donations to the museum appreciated.
